[caption id="attachment_8337" align="alignnone" width="497"] Pretty light for an old steel-frame bicycle -- Ho ho ho![/caption]
This bike has been a decorative fixture on it's particular block in Mount Pleasant for as long as I can remember. And I mean fixture -- no need to lock it up, the wheel rims are buried in the soil.
Most of the year it serves as a planter, but over the Christmas holidays, just like the tree branches, the fence pickets, and the window sashes, this bicycle -- as you can see -- gets it's own string of lights. Click the image to enlarge.

What a cool idea!
The only thing better would be an electric scooter decorated with Christmas lights... little bit of tinsel...
Little Red Riding Hood with Howard Hughes nails, driving a Christmas decorated scooter, now you have got to be kidding!
