Vancouver's 1936 Art Deco-style City Hall is on the right, peeking out from behind the landscaping which is nearly as monumental as the 12-storey tower it's meant to frame. In the upper left corner is the Moon which pretty much sticks around all day now. Below is a scrappy closeup of the wonderful neon clock -- there's one on each of the four sides!
