Looks a bit like a scene out of a
Canonical board meeting, only seedier. But this has to be one of those "hobo" penguins we read about. It can't
really be the Linux mascot Tux -- the sleek, cheerful, flightless fowl,
designed by Larry Ewing in 1996.
