Scattered clouds, 19°C, chance of soap

This may be a hint of the winter to come, but looks are deceiving -- It's not snow -- unless it's Ivory Snow. The time was about 11:00 a.m., right beside Fire Hall Number 4. Those brave smoke eaters wash their fire engine a lot, so the suds may be theirs, but I've never seen them leave this sort of soap suds slick before. Click the images to enlarge them.
