Ahem! Obviously not today. This police officer, didn't inconvenience a soul, blocking an entire Eastbound lane. He and the motorcyclist he'd pulled over, had all the time in the world to -- I don't know -- compare Facebook friends? Once they assumed that position, they just didn't move. It was, like the animated GIF above, all a bit underwhelming.
