Hollyburn Court, at 550 West 12th Avenue, just one building West of the intersection with Cambie Street, is partially clad in blue ceramic tile, identical -- to my eye -- to the blue tile cladding much of the Fairview apartment building I've previously blogged about. My idea here, being that these both may be Wosk Brothers' developments, from the 1960s, and 1970s, which were notably clad in such blue tile.

This apartment building in Fairview is reminiscent of the 30-plus buildings put up across Vancouver in the 1960s and 1970s by the Wosk brothers.

Most Wosk buildings were clad in similar pale blue tile. The Blue Horizon Hotel at Robson and Bute is the best-known, but maybe this is one of them.
