Sand must get in my eyes. This is the first time I've noticed this remarkable sand sculpture residing in a quiet part of Fairview, dominated by single-family homes. It certainly doesn't look brand new to me, and it's just off a back alley I ride down, if not every day, then several times a week -- in both directions. so it's mildly embarrassing that I've probably been riding right past it for, who knows how long. All I can do is hang my head in shame, promise to clean my glasses more often, and post some photos -- oh, and give you the link to the sculptor's Web page: delayne.com.
