Found in a container bin. It's as long as my forearm! D'ya-s'pose it's from the "ought-tens," when sardines were so much bigger and tastier than the hothouse-grown kind are now? I guess it looks more like an over-sized corned beef tin. I was tempted to keep it, but passed. I'll probably see it tomorrow in the window of Country Furniture up South Granville for a mere $200.
