Busy day in the Lower Mainland today: The City of Abbotsford and the Jubilee Park homeless group are back in court today -- apparently the loser has to get out of town -- and the City of Vancouver, British Columbia, brings down it's budget for 2014 and Vancouverites find out how much the our police department gets to spend on combating jaywalking in the Downtown Eastside next year.
