Fog's gone but here's a fuzzy cloud on the street

I think this is a Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, which was the Rolls from the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s, unfortunately I can't be sure because the photo is so blurry. In this case, though, I really can't blame the crappy camera. It's a well-known feature of the Rolls-Royce that it can't be properly photographed by the kind of cheap camera a commoner would have.
