BC Hydro, our electric utility, stands apart from Telus, our phone-plus utility, in it's attitude towards street cabinets. While Telus is wrapping their DSL cabinets in pretty pictures to deter spray graffiti and marker tagging. BC Hydro is leaving it's cabinets painted an "old school" single colour.
