The One-World government is monitoring our groundwater?A monitoring well. They're all over Vancouver, and, it seems, the world's cities. They're holes in the ground with a pipe in the hole to collect groundwater samples, and they all say something like: "Monitoring well : Do not fill," and they all bear a "Triangleon," as one manufacturer calls it.
